As a Healthcare worker, you are serving others during a verystressful time. The Heroes Health app supports you by helping youkeep track of your mental health and easily find mental healthresources. Information that you provide might also be reportedanonymously at a large group level in reports that seek to helphealthcare workers. Also, for individuals at participatinginstitutions, the app also tries to help workers in 2 other ways.(1) Group-level, anonymous information from all those doing yourtype of work in your work area are summarized each week for yourhospital’s leadership, to help them identify when workers indifferent areas of the hospital need more support. (2) If yourresponses indicate that you are experiencing a lot of symptoms, amental health provider may contact you to thank you for yourservice, check on you, and see if you would like any help linkingto care. This provider would treat your information with the sameconfidentiality that your doctor treats your personal medicalrecord information.
